Hi fellow Neuro Nerds! My name is Crystal Cabrera and I am an occupational therapist in South Florida. I graduated with my Masters in Occupational Therapy in 2014 and have since immersed myself in the world of neurological rehabilitation. My passions include working with the neurological population, educating others with regards to best practice to optimize functional recovery, and tackling healthcare bias in its many forms. "The Brainy OT" was made to serve as a platform for education and resources to lessen the gap in what research and up to date practitioners know versus what is done in the clinic.
